Are their suppose to be 200 multiple books in the Bible that were deleted?

I heard in Rome, they have those at Vatican Vaults where it's strictly forbidden that no one's given access unless your a Bishop or a Pope. I was like wow!! So why is that? How come they will never reveal them to this world or make copies of them today, why? I think they always wanted to remain secret so these books are hidden and locked because it would raise's and discredit the rules of the church, is that accurate? If so, why is that?
