Has anyone undergone Liberation Treatment for Multiple Sclerosis and if so has it helped?

I am trying to gather more information on the Liberation Treatment for MS please do not respond if you are not affected directly with MS. I am wondering if it has really helped anyone and if so with what symptoms.
