What do I do? I need to talk to my ex.?

Ive been trying to find an ex of mine because allot of bad things keep happening to me and I think her previous or current boyfriend/husband is involved. I have tried to find her but have been unsuccessful. I was hoping bye talking with her she could answer some questions putting things into perspective for me I have been to the police and they haven't been much help, certain issues are being re vied and other issues are pending an investigation, but it is taking wat to long, over the years I have been falsely arrested, spending four months in jail for a crime I didn't commit, loosing my apartment and all of my material poss ions, receiving a beating in jail to the point, were I couldn't walk for two weeks, two attempts on my life, a friend of mine dying instead of me, and two admissions to the hospital for suspicious drug overdoses. people have also tried to bait me, putting me in positions were I could easily be arrested. I have also been threatened warned to stay away? (from who) and have been broken into five times over the last year.
