If Republicans in Texas want to require a Sonogram prior to an abortion shouldn't they pay for it?

No, the person who wants to stop a beating heart should pay for it. Oh, bet you didn't realize that a baby has a beating heart at 6 weeks. If it has a heart beat it is an individual life that deserves protection.
