Nausea, vomiting when waking, upper left abdominal pain?

You might want to consider the possibilty of some kind of kidney problem. Perhaps an infection.I'm no doctor but sounds similar to something I experianced. If you had a mild urinary tract infection or a mild yeast infection that when untreated (you may not have really noticed) then it can turn into a kidney infection.
