Gitmo, Supreme Court: Are Republicans misguided?

The SC ruled that since the US has had possession of Gitmo for over 110 years, it is considered US property. Therefore, since these prisoners are being held on US property, these prisoners are guaranteed rights held under our Constitution. These prisoners did not come here voluntarily. They were forced. No one is talking about "letting them go" or the worst, "loving them" just giving them their day in court.
