Help post spinal tap headache. x2 weeks?

I saw you answered another question similar about orthostatic hypertension. Quick question. I have a spinal tap 2 weeks ago x2 blood patches. my horrible feeling in my head goes away and keeps coming back. I am 24 with complicated medical history including postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome with pacemaker and poss wilsons disease. Yesterday, it started again when I stand up I have extreme pressure in head and ears are rigging and go numb with visual disturbances. So I took blood pressure. Sitting 123/79 pulse 92, sitting 130/87 pulse 88 and standing 138/97 pulse 86. My question can this wierd feeling in head STILL be from spinal tap x2 weeks ago even with x2 blood patches.
