How could this judge increase the sentence for this woman based on a jailhouse recording?

no one but no one doesn't like the liberal left like me.but.to laugh at the fact that you hit and killed someone is just stupid.no remorse for her actions is pitiful to say the least.i feel the judge had every right.now she can cry for ten years and think of the loss to his family instead of her own self greed.
