I have been having health issues and can't seem to get help from my doctor. Maybe some one can help me out .?

I am a 49 yr old woman, a lot of health issues,diabetes, hypothyroidism, high blood pressure, restless leg syndrome, etc.. Well, I have been having so many stomach troubles, if I eat I'm running to the bathroom, if I don't eat I'm sick in my stomach and running to the bathroom. This has been going on for about 1 month or so now. I'm always sick in my stomach. All I have to do is take a sip of water and I'm sick. The only thing that has been out of whack has been my thyroid and I am taking 30 mcg's for it but it's showing that it's not responding. Now this weekend I have been having the poops and am bleeding from my rectum. Not just a little but a lot. I also had a nose bleeding this morning which never happens to me. Could someone give me some idea what could be happening? I would go to the hospital but they are worthless in this area and am sick of them saying your okay go home. I know there is something wrong with my body but to get a doctor to listen to me is like pulling teeth. Please help me. Anyone with any knowledge about these medical problems please give me some advice. An also, I am not losing any weight through all of this.
