I Smoke and the right side of my chest has a sharp pain please help me?

I'm 17 and ive been smoking cigarettes since i was 14. It's recently become a bit of an addiction, I'm pretty much a chain smoker. last night after my second cig i started feeling this sharp pain in my chest when i would breathe out. I thought it would go away after a while but it didnt. It starting hurting more and more, it hurt to laugh, it hurt to hug anyone, or to touch it with my hand. And it starts to hurt when i breath in, and even when i talk it hurts. If i move my right arm up and down it hurts. Its a really sharp pain and its killing me. I'm scared of what it might be, anyone have any ideas? My mom says its my problem because I'm the one that wont quit smoking, so she wont take me to the doctor.
