Is Pope Benedict trying to get people on a gay-bashing gig this Christmas?

Reverend Sharon Ferguson is dead on, suspecting such words from the Pope will justify phobic squeals and bullying...and there is nothing worse than being in the UK over Yuletide, with dears getting drunk and unleashing whatever poison they have on others. Wonder what German Catholics think of their countrymans splurge of what seems like hate, rather than 'Biblical concern'?
