If he is paying the maximum she can't get more. As long as he is having to go to court why doesn't he just ask for custody. I mean, if the ex can't support the child, and has a live-in BF, maybe you and your hubby need to be caring for this child. It would make her think twice before filing another frivolous lawsuit.
