She doesnt have the time for me?

I'm looking to get back with this girl I'm deeply in love with. We had a hard break up but after a year we both realize we still have feelings for each. I feel Ive made it know I want to try again and her friend secertly told me that she wants to give it another try but is just afraid she'll get hurt again. Anyway I'm just trying to hangout with her and make her see that is not the case. When we spend time its great. However for the last month and a half she has always been busy and never had time to hangout. Always she has a school project work the next day or somethIng with her family. Granted her grandmother had a stroke, both her mom and dad had to have surgery, she works 12hrs on Saturday and till 4 on Sundays, plus she is a bio major in her junior year. I know she is busy but Im getting tired of asking her and getting rain checks and no I cant tonight responses. I'm just frusrated and want to get stuff moving so I can know where we stand I dont like being in limbo for this long (since January).
