Some help from any Coin Collectors?

I've a coin that reads "By Act of Barlmnt" (the letter "N" actually is written backwards) and I can only see 3 numbers 792, presuming it's ment to read 1792. There's a picture of a woman and a Harp on one side, the other side is initailled. I can't see the first letter but the other 2 are M + C. Any Ideas if it's a coin token or what it is?
