S.O.S.About guys mind?

Well may be he takes things a little slower than you do. Did you remind him of where you met ? Did you send the picture ? You say you saw he was single and stuff, how do you know for sure he doesn't have a girl friend ? And The biggest thing is " You asked for his e mail so you could send him the picture, not so you could research him and try starting something with him on face book. I think you went just a tad too far this early in the game. Now had you sent an e mail along with the picture saying like hi remember us/me here is the picture I promised you. And then gave him your face book address and said like we will have to do it again some time. I think your chances would have been better. Just my thought. I am sure you are beautiful and have no problem getting dates. Good luck.
