10pts. I replaced my IAC valve and my problem got worse?

there are a number of possibilities, but off the top of my head, your MAF could be bad. when the truck is idling like that, disconnect the MAF and see if it makes a difference. if the idle stays the same, the MAF is faulty. also, check your tps or throttle position sensor. if it is out of calibration, it can cause your symptoms. also, when you installed the new IAC did you reset the computer to relearn the idle? if not, try that first.
