I have Home Eq Line of 50000 avail. Bal on my mort 157000- home is worth 250000 -owe Ex 27000- how can I pay?

Should i pay this out the home EQ line - refinance home for this amount or take 1/2 out Home Eq and refinance my home for the other 1/2
