Wedding Venues in Monterrey, CA that are right on the beach?

I just recently became engaged. My fiance and I have decided on the Monterrey, CA/ Santa Barbara, CA area for the reception and ceremony. I am having trouble finding a venue that is reasonable priced but also is right on the beach. I envision our ceremony taking place with the Pacific Ocean as our backdrop. Does anyone have any suggestions?
