What kinds of charitable acts ?

What kinds of charitable acts do Jehovah' Witnesses engage in? I mean, does their organization provide food and medicine and other necessities to people foreign and domestic? Does their organization feel this is a vital necessity in order to prove their love for their fellow human beings? How about the Mormons? How about the Christian Scientists, and the 7th Day Adventists? I am genuinely interested in knowing if these organizations actively promote taking care of the poor and needy? What proportion of their corporate income do they devote to these causes?
